Port of Badon
"Let's celebrate my friend," said Hector to Eliwood, raising his glass of beer. "Let's enjoy for this might become our last."
Eliwood smiled and shook his head on his best friend's behavior. No one aside from him knows this side of the well known General of Ostia. Hector might be noble, brave, and respectable, but just like any other human being he also have his own ups and downs. And it just so happen that heavy drinking is one of his greatest down. "You've drink enough, Hector," he said, taking the glass from his hold. "I believe we need to return now to the ship for we will set sail first thing in the morning."
"Oh come one, Eliwood," Hector whined. "We barely got started."
On his point of view. Yes. On his? No so much. "Let's leave my friend." He straightened up and supported Hector to his feet. "Marcus, could you help?" he called towards Marcus who's seated from another table of the pub.
Marcus went immediately to their side and aided him in carrying the now so drunk Hector. "He sure did push himself to the limit tonight," Marcus said as they exit the establishment.
"It's just his way of relieving himself," said Eliwood. "We are going to face the uncertain tomorrow and there is a great chance that we might not be able to return alive."
He and Marcus then loaded Hector to his horse as they also went to their own. "But you aren't acting similarly, are you not afraid?"
"I'm terrified, Marcus," he admitted. "But worrying will just get me nowhere. I need to stay strong, focused. For Hector, for you, and the others. I can't let my fear dictate me for the lives of many are entrusted in my hands."
Their horses mobilized, returning to the ship of the pirate, Fargus whom will sail them to Dread Isle where they will continue their search for his father and to uncover the conspiracies and evil plans of the Black Fang.
Hector had fallen into slumber already in his horse that they both needed to support him just to keep him from falling.
"Acting like a true Lord," Marcus commended. "I'm so honored to fight under your liege."
Eliwood sighed. "I don't deserve such praise, but thank you."
They arrived at Fargus' Ship about past midnight and the ship's ambiance was already stating complete silence. However, within those resting consciousness, there is a single soul that's withstand the call of slumber.
Sitting above a barrel just alongside the ship's ramp, the Lord of Caelin in all attention awaits for them.
Eliwood's heart skipped a beat and his breathing speed up a cycle upon the sight of her. The Lord of Caelin is not that elegant, and she doesn't also have the standards expected from a fine lady. And yet, despite all of that, he can't help himself to be mesmerized.
"Lady Lyndis?" Marcus said as he gets off his horse. "Why are you still up at such time?"
Lyndis jumped to her feet and strode closer to them, crossing her arms on her chest to fight the cold of the midnight air. "I can't sleep and I was worried. So I'd waited for the three of you to arrive.
"Well, most of us are fine," Eliwood said and then glanced to Hector.
Lyndis approached them as he also gets of his horse. "What happened to him?"
Eliwood started getting Hector off his horse, Marcus approached and helped him. "Drunk more than he can handle," he told her.
She frowned, "Why would he do that?"
"And does that work?"
Eliwood shrugged. "Hector believed it does."
Eliwood and Marcus staggered as they carried Hector and his heavy armor towards the ship while Lyndis accompanied them from the side just in case her help will be needed.
"I'll take it from here, Marcus," Lyndis said. "Go get yourself some rest."
"Are you certain, Lady Lyndis?"
He nodded and took Marcus' place in carrying Hector.
Marcus had finally left while the two of them kind of got off balanced in carrying Hector since Lyndis has much weaker physical strength compared to Marcus.
"Are you sure you can handle this?" Eliwood asked, concerned about her.
"I guess so," she said as she struggled in supporting the massive weight of Hector.
At last they'd made it on Hector's room where they literally dumped him in his bed.
"Glad that was over." Lyndis stretched her aching back that suffered from carrying Hector.
Eliwood's back also ache, especially his neck. "Next time he does this, I'll surely leave him in the pub."
"You'll really do that?"
"No. That's the sad part."
Lyndis laughed. He smiled, and then grimaced, the pain on his back intensified. Lyndis then approached him and placed her soft palms on his back. "There, feel better?" she asked as she massaged his back and shoulders.
Eliwood's eyes rolled back in pleasure, not just from the fact that her touches feel good but also from the fact that it was her that touches him. "Yeah."
Her hands moved downward then up again, like she's exploring him, which of course send shivers on his entire body. "You have a very good physique."
He smiled, delighted. "Thanks."
"It must feel good being comforted by you?"
Eliwood's eyes widened, slightly astounded by her words. He then spun around and faced her. "What do you mean?"
Lyndis looked away, avoiding meeting his gaze. "No, it's nothing."
Eliwood refused to believe that. She won't say such words if it's just nothing. He gently grabbed her shoulders and demanded, "Look at me, Lyndis. Tell me what it is?"
"Does it matter?"
"Yes, because I might be feeling the same."
Lyndis then faced her with much surprise in her expression. And then looked down, avoiding meeting his eyes again, stopping him from reading her, from reading what her eyes says, what her soul says which tell what she truly feels for him. "I'm sorry. This is the worst place and the worst time. You have more priorities that you must top first before these obsessions of mine."
"So really do have something for me?"
She nodded meekly and met his gaze once more. "Yes, or maybe I'm just conf–"
Before Lyndis could finish her words, Eliwood pulled her for a kiss.
Lyndis moaned on the ecstatic feeling of having her lips claimed for the first time. Her entire life it had been spent in training, fighting, and protecting her tribe. She'd never experienced such relief and sanctity. But now, in Eliwood's arms, she finally found that missing piece that can fill that emptiness in her heart, the thing that she'd been searching and desiring for so long.
Eliwood spun her and pressed her petite body against the wall. Nibbling her earlobe and feeling his breathing tickling her ears, her head swam as pleasure exploded throughout her.
Eliwood's hands were all over her body in an instance, sending chills that she never knew exists. "Let's have this elsewhere," he whispered.
They left the room, letting Hector and his drunkenness be and went to the furthest portion of the ship where none among their allies nor of Fargus' men are staying. They then entered the only room of the area which is filled with barrels, weapons, and lots of wooden and metallic materials.
As soon as they entered the chamber, Eliwood wasted no time and started unbuttoning her clothes. She also tried to do the same to his but her shaking hands and fingers made her attempts failed miserably.
He looked down with the cutest amused expression as she failed another attempt in getting his cape off.
He caught her hands and ceased her endeavor, doing the job himself.
And after the seems like forever of getting rid of his heavy armor and her layered clothing, they're finally just skin to skin against each other.
Lyndis couldn't breathe as she stared at him in bare flesh. Eliwood embodied everything that is primal and male, so intense that it shook her. He then bent his head so that he could rub his face against her hair.
Lyndis gasped on how the simple action made her giddy and needy. His breath scorched her sensitive skin that desires nothing but to be touched by him. Her nipples hardened in expectation of what was to come. Lyndis wanted know once and for all what it would be like to share her body with someone.
"Do you accept me?" he asked.
All that Lyndis could do was nod. There's no part of her that deny him. He's too virile, too consuming. Too much of what she needed.
He seized her for a scourging kiss. Lyndis moaned at the taste of him. Her knees buckled and only the strength of his arms around her kept her from falling.
"Will it hurt?" she asked as she skimmed her hands down his muscled back.
"I won't hurt you." He nibbled his way from her neck, her shoulder, and then down to so he could taste her breast.
Lyndis cried out the instant his mouth closed around her nipple. Her entire body jerked and sizzled. All she could comprehend is her desire to have him inside her. Of having all that hard body lying over her as he showed her exactly what it meant to be loved by a man.
He pulled back from her with a growl before gesturing to her to lie down on the floor.
She complied, lay herself in the floor and spread her body in blatant invitation. "I'm cold, Eliwood. Will you warm me?"
He joined her, caging her body with his pure masculinity. She trailed her hand up his muscular arm, to bury it in his hair so that she could stroke his scalp. He then dipped down and kissed her heatedly. She moaned, arching her back, pressing her body closer to him.
Spreading her thighs wider, he pulled away and straightened up to stare at her most private part of her body. He ran his fingers down her rigid cleft, making her shiver even more. And using his thumbs, he spread her open and dipped down to take her on his mouth.
Lyndis gasped at the sensation of Eliwood's tongue sweeping against her. He licked and teased her, his hot breath warming her bottom. His hands were cupped on her hips, pulling her closer to his mouth.
Her head swirled and swam as her heart raced. Unrestrained ecstasy danced through her, leaving her screaming his name as she pressed his head closer to her.
And when she came, she screamed out, holding his head to her while her entire body shook in an unmatched explosion of pleasures.
Still, he licked and teased her until she was whimpering from the bliss.
Eliwood pulled back to see her panting on the floor. Her face flushed, covering it with her hands, embarrassed that he's seeing her in such state. He then took her hands and pinned them to her sides, dipping his head down so that he could claim her mouth again.
Lyndis swallowed as she felt Eliwood shifting his weight against her thigh. He pressed the tip of his manhood against her core. She arched her back, waiting for him to fill her.
He deepened his kiss and, with one thrust, he slid himself inside her.
Lyndis cried out as he filled her. He was long and hard, and so deep that she couldn't draw a breath.
Never had she felt anything like his fullness inside her, of the closeness of him touching her in the place that was once chaste. More than that, every inch of her body sizzled and hummed.
He stayed inside her for a while, giving her time to get accustomed to his size. And then he slid out and rammed himself back hard inside her.
Lyndis screamed. Eliwood clenched his teeth. He moved against her hard and fast, hitting her at her most sensitive part so intensely that he came one after another.
Moaning her name, he buried his lips against her throat, scraping her skin with his teeth as he rode her in a much slower but more forceful way.
There was heaven in his touch. Heaven in the sound of her name on his lips.
He moved slowly against her, then faster. Faster. And faster still.
Lyndis gasped at the speed of his thrusts as they continued to increase. Growling from the pleasure of it, she rocked her hips against his, driving him in even deeper until it was all she could do not to scream.
And when she came, Eliwood roared as ecstasy also tore through him. He gripped her waist and quickened his strokes to join her in bliss.
He collapsed on top of her, panting and weak, his heart pondered against her. "Thank you, Lyndis," he panted. "It's the first time in days that I feel at peace."
She laughed. "It's not entirely just for you," she said. "I also did it for myself."
Eliwood rolled them, laying Lyndis above him, snuggling her head on his chest. "Do you love me?" he whispered, kissing her forehead.
Lyndis pushed herself up on her elbows to stare down on him. "I don't know. How about you?"
"I don't know too, but one thing is for sure."
She gave him a quick kiss. "And that is?"
"That I don't want to leave your side," he said. "I guess until I'm certain of what I truly feel for you."
She smiled and kissed him again. "Maybe I should do the same."
Eliwood smiled sweetly in return. He then grabbed his cape from the nearside and covered them with it. "Just hung on, my lady," he said, snuggling her back to his chest. "Just hung on."
She answered by giving him another scorching kiss.
Closing her eyes, she let herself be succumbed by the serenity of slumber around Eliwood's arms. Tomorrow might bring them great trials. They might make through it or they might not. But for Lyndis, there's nothing to be feared on whatever the uncertain tomorrow may bring as long as Eliwood is at her side.END
